How I Started My Fitness Journey (and Why I Created Fitverra)

For years, I struggled with staying consistent in my fitness journey. I’d start a workout plan on Monday and quit by Thursday. I felt frustrated, tired, and stuck in a cycle that never seemed to end.

I created Fitverra because I know what it feels like to start over again and again — and I wanted to build a place where real people can get real results, without pressure, judgment, or perfection.

My journey didn’t start with a gym membership or a six-pack goal. It started with a simple decision:

“I need to take control of my health.”

At the time, I didn’t know anything about nutrition or proper training. I didn’t have equipment. I just had YouTube, a basic mat, and a quiet promise to myself:

“Show up daily — even if it’s just 10 minutes.”

I began with simple home workouts. No fancy programs, no pressure. Just progress, one day at a time.

Once I stopped chasing quick fixes, things changed.

Instead of starving myself, I learned how to fuel my body.
